Am I missing something. Why is it that everytime the PATRIOT Act is mentioned in print, the word "patriot" is capitalized. Is this to encourage people to believe it's a good thing?

PATRIOT is an acronym for People Always Taking Rights, Intruding On Things.
One thing I've found that people on the far right and far left can agree on is:
"We don't need no steenking ID cards".
