Interesting link even though I only took a quick look at it. Needs and consuming will destroy mankind I fear.

I need and buy little, but I'm not sure it is going to help with the big picture when there are so many needy people on this planet.

Anyway, hugs.

Thanks for sharing this, AZ. I know you've had a rough time, but you are talking & sharing & that's important. It's been nice to see you out & about again. When I saw your link's title, "Big Girls Don't Cry", I was thinking Frankie Valli (the Four Seasons), so Fergie was a nice surprise, very heartfelt & evocative. Peace to you, good woman ~~ D.K.

oh friend..you are a brave and wonderful woman..and I am so glad that you are healing...it takes time...be good to yourself...and the song is lovely...but you can still cry...
and tears heal...
and so does laughter...
and art and music...
and friends with coffee...
and dancing real slow..
and riding a bike..( and falling off ;-)
and playing with grand kids and ....
and walking a dog....
and a cat asleep in the sun....
and desert rains....
and a sunset....

many hugs...namaste...

take care...
