I say anything with Bush's name in front of it, even if what follows is "Solar America Initiative", is suspect. Especially solar since you know he's an oil man through'n'through. I suspect it's in the same catagory as his Clear Skies & Healthy Forests acts.

Solar NY is okay, but how about a solar Phoenix? It could power the under-solared places like London, etc. 8^)
